What you will do Support Function Responsible for US transnational sales to support Cisco, computing, server, and reference design customers.

Responsible for RFQ in Asia for the assigned accounts.

Support sales regions to meet monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals established by the Sales Management.

Build and nurture strong customer relationships by strategically allocating time and resources, leveraging our deep understanding of their businesses and organizations, and applying our expertise in internal processes.

Provide solutions and alternatives to customers to meet their shipment needs or other business requests.

Provide directionsand solutions for process improvements.

Coordinate internal and external stakeholdersand serve as coordinator and project owner for special projects to drive continuous improvement and to deliver corporate objectives.

Create a solid working relationship between AMEC and cross-regional teams (internal and external).

Forecasting Consolidate forecasts from designated accounts and their respective supply chains to create a unified, reliable data source for precise planning and supply management Collaborate with account managers and business groups to develop effective inventory management programs with channel partners, ensuring consistent product availability.

Identify and analyze key forecast variations with account managers and Nexperia supply chain experts.

Order Management Review orders, collaborate with customer service representatives, escalate issues as needed, educate distributors on pull-ins and expedited deliveries, and serve as the primary customer contact to ensure timely supply fulfillment.

Review forecast to backlog and follow up with internal regional sales and distributions to ensure order coverage.

Review safety stock levels and provide regular monthly updates.

Coordinate efforts with teams in AMEC(evening or early morning conference calls).

In-person monthly reviews with distributions and follow-up action items to close identified gaps.~10% of business travels to/in China or internationally.

What you will need Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Engineering, Business, Information Management, or equivalent practical experience.

Minimum 7 years of experience in global distribution management, program/project management, supply planning and inventory management, fulfillment, and global sales or customer services, preferably in the Semiconductor or Electronics Industry.

Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including EXCEL, Power Point and good knowledge of SAP/CRM (relevant) tools.

Ability to work in the full English environment.
