Job Description Primary Function of Position Intuitive Surgical, Inc.
is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative support to clinical sales leaders in Taiwan office.
This role will be responsible for resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise and supporting important projects and activities.
Essential Job Duties Provide administrative support tasks to clinical sales leaders including meeting and travel scheduling, expenses, purchase order submission, records management, etc.
Responsible for Clinical Sales small-scale events and provide ongoing assistance during large-scale events such as marketing development events, symposiums, exhibitions, etc.
Create and maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible Produce and distribute correspondence mails, minutes and letters as assigned Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned Coordinate with Clinical sales on customer handling such as travel arrangement, event, letter, speaker fee, etc.
Assisting with special projects, such as process improvements Qualifications Required Skills and Experience Experience in similar position is preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both the Mandarin Chinese and English language Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills in building internal support to meet business goals Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a variety of people and job functions Willingness and ability to take initiative Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities Knowledge of MS Office product suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)Team player attitude Required Education and Training Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or above Additional Information Intuitive is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
