Job Description
- Serve as a key medical contact for the brand team, providing clinical, scientific, and strategic insights.
- Participate in product launch planning and execution.
- Contribute to local brand plans and medical strategies.
- Aid in the creation and review of promotional materials, ensuring scientific accuracy and alignment with brand objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer about the therapeutic area to the brand team.
- Train internal partners, including sales representatives and marketing teams.
- Aggregate customer insights and provide actionable recommendations.
- Plan and execute customer-facing meetings and educational events, such as advisory boards and scientific exchanges.
- Serve as a medical/scientific leader for research and regulatory activities as needed.
- Monitor trends and issues in clinical practice and access.
- Address external customer inquiries and needs, including escalations from Medical Information and sales.
- Coordinate activities and engage with Thought Leaders.
- Build and maintain relationships with relevant professional societies.
- Deliver scientific and educational presentations to internal teams and customers.
The Successful Applicant
- Advanced degree in health sciences (Pharm D, MD, Ph D) or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., BSN, RPh, PA, NP).
- Proficient in verbal and written communication in both Chinese and English.
- Ability to distill complex scientific information clearly and concisely.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Proficient in advanced presentation techniques and literature research.
- Strategic thinker capable of evaluating information for future relevance.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Experience in addressing complex customer information needs.
- Proven track record of professional networking with beneficial outcomes.
- Familiarity with health systems, academic communities, and the medical research and education landscape is highly valued.
