Our client is one of the world's most renowned and international Food & Beverage company that you must know. They are seeking a commercially driven and strategic National Sales Manager to lead and grow their Modern Trade business across Taiwan.
Job Description
- Develop and execute national key account strategies across major modern trade channels including hypermarkets, supermarkets, convenience stores, and e-commerce platforms.
- Identify growth opportunities and negotiate annual agreements including trading terms, pricing, and promotional support to ensure mutual profitability.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers, and ensuring excellence in execution at the store level.
- Lead joint business planning (JBP) and ensure accurate sales forecasting and budgeting to support supply chain and demand planning processes.
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing and Brand teams to design and execute impactful promotional campaigns that increase in-store visibility and drive consumer purchase.
- Work closely with field sales, distributor partners, supply chain, and marketing to ensure integrated business execution. May lead and mentor junior team members or KAMs.
The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years solid sales and key account management experience in well-known FMCG companies
- Familiar with Modern Trade channels in Taiwan including CVS, Hyper, EC, etc
- Proven track record in negotiating and managing key customer relationships across modern trade channels.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- High level of ownership, strategic thinking, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin
- Strategic with good influencing skills as well as stakeholder management
