Isn’t that beautiful? Position Purpose: Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, this Senior Brand Executive will support the assigned brands in achieving their P& L targets and budgets.
The role involves implementing brand strategies and integrated marketing campaigns to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement creative marketing strategies and calendars to increase market share and brand awareness.
Ensure all marketing activities align with the brand image and standards.
Enhance brand representation through in-store visual displays and merchandising.
Build strong relationships with brand partners, department stores, and perfumeries, addressing operational needs.
Formulate cost-effective advertising and PR strategies for optimal brand exposure.
Create local media and creative campaigns.
Oversee production of point-of-sale materials, packaging, and brand stationery to maintain brand consistency.
Negotiate with store owners for prime promotional spaces.
Communicate marketing programs to the sales team and manage logistics.
Regularly meet with the sales team to track performance and motivation.
Propose monthly trade promotions for e Commerce as well as to oversee sales performance in boutiques.
Motivate distribution channels with joint programs, incentives, and sales ideas.
Forecast sufficient stock, testers, POS materials, and samples for promotions.
Minimize slow-moving stock and redistribute it effectively.
Handle monthly PO issuance, product setup in SAP, label preparation, and advertising applications.
Requirements: Minimum Degree with at least 1 to 2 years of marketing experience.
Prior experience in co-op planning and execution an added advantage.
Strong proposal development and presentation skills. Knowledge of e Commerce activities. Experience with CRM systems.
