遵循「追加銷售」技術和銷售策略,以最大限度地提高營收。 9.需有合法在台工作的身份。 Position Overview Reservations Manager is to oversee accuracy of room blocks, reservations, and group market codes.

Communicates company values and culture to new employees and reviews and implements new Reservations procedures.

Is responsible to assist management in training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating and coaching employees; serve as a role for the Reservations Department.

Assists with Revenue Management and other Managerial duties in the absence of the Director of Sales and Marketing.

The Role 1.

Oversees and manages the daily operations of the Reservations Department and ensures that all team members comply with service standards, departmental policies and operating procedures set by the hotel.

2.

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the hotel daily services, activities, promotion, and event.

Effectively communicate and update all team members on any changes to ensure guests receive up-to-date information.

3.

Ensure all team members recognizes the importance Forbes standards as to deliver excellent audit and service performance.

4.

Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and that they meet appropriate quality standards.

5.

Maintains strong working relationships with other departments to ensure effective communications for operational issues, serves as a role model for inter-departmental collaboration and support 6.

Empower team members to take ownership and responsibility in going beyond to exceed guest expectations.

Delegate responsibility and expect accountability and regular feedback.

7.

Communicate information regarding designated VIP reservations, including VIP name, company, and title to upper-level management.

8.

Follow "up selling" techniques and sales strategies in order to maximize property revenue.

9.

Can legally work in Taiwan.
