This position is a contract role, and an ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion.

It demands strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of construction methods, regulations, and best practices.

The Construction Manager will be responsible for:- Manage construction projects from commencement to completion.- Supervise both onsite and offsite construction activities.- Provide guidance, coordination, and supervision to employees and subcontractors.- Monitor and assess daily progress of work.- Perform regular site inspections to verify work quality, assess material usage, and enforce adherence to health and safety protocols.- Handle contractual matters and address any arising issues promptly.- Guarantee timely delivery of superior quality work within contractual deadlines.- Foster collaboration with architects, engineers, and other relevant professionals.
