Job Description• Key Development Technologies: System firmware development, high-speed physical layer data transmission software development, hardware performance optimization, and product quality control.
• Main Objectives: Complete firmware development and system integration for customized ICs in Enterprise/AI/x PU and related industries, and assist customers in mass production.
• Responsible for the system design and development of new products, ensuring they meet the needs of the company and customers.
• Assist in resolving technical issues during mass production and provide professional advice to improve production efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure a smooth transition from product design to mass production.
• Analyze and improve existing systems and processes to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
• Participate in product testing and verification to ensure products comply with relevant standards and specifications. Requirement• Master's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Communications Engineering, Control Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Familiar with AI/x PU testing and mass production processes, with experience in troubleshooting and actual mass production
• Strong communication and integration skills for cross-team collaboration, including planning and execution
• At least 4 years of experience in system design and mass production, and familiar with electronic product development processes and mass production technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficient in C, Python, C#, embedded systems, and MATLAB
