What is the key purpose of an Machine Learning Team Lead? You will lead an algorithm engineering team, leveraging advanced deep learning technologies to develop and maintain world-class data-powered products and services.

Collaborating with various departments, you will translate product requirements into effective Machine Learning solutions, explore optimization opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.

While our main focus is on recommendation systems, it extends beyond that scope.

M.

Sc. (Ph D. a plus) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field2+ years of experience in managing research, data science or engineering teams with good interpersonal skills4+ years of work experience in developing end-to-end data science solutions and pipelines as a leader or major contributor Great problem solving and critical thinking abilities Positive attitude and high communication abilities Ability to mentor and give constructive feedback to their team members, that will help them achieve their career goals Ability to make solid decisions based on the availability of resources and technical difficulty of the tasks It would be great if you also have: Experience in developing models using deep learning techniques and tools Experience in developing software within a distributed computation framework
