Job Description Work Mode： Develop, adapt, or modify design features and details under the direction of a project manager, project designer. Perform technical assignments of various complexities within approved schedules and budgets, and independently preparing and presenting client focused design solutions to project team members. Ability to multi-task and be flexible and able to adapt to rapidly changing project requirements and deadlines Ability to apply passion and enthusiasm for design in a collaborative and progressive team-oriented work environment   Project Types： Current working on diverse projects including both private and public cases: from Master Planning, Architectural Design, Landscape Design, Project Management, Interior Design, etc.   Characteristics： Willing to participate in various design fields (such as Industrial, Office, Master Planning, Landscape…etc.) and different design stages (Proposal, competition, permit…etc.) challenges, and proactively learning, showing great interests in all aspects of design and practical execution. Good communication skills, and experience in collaboration with cross-disciplines or team collaboration. Responsible and self-demanding for completing tasks within the requested deadlines, while maintaining high standards for quality submission.   Scope of Work： Proposal, CAD design development, Construction drawings, 3D model, Renderings, permit applications preparation, presentations and reports. Development of designs, coordination of cross-functional communication, communication and coordination with professional consultants, handling design details, creating detailed design drawings, budget preparation, etc. Coordinate technical aspects with other professionals and team members, as well as collaborate on relevant administrative tasks based on different project types’ requirements.   Skill： Familiar with design development process and interface integration. Familiar with following software: Office, Adobe (such as Adobe Illustrator、Photoshop), AutoCAD, 3D Software, Lumion, BIM (If having experience in detailed design implementation or building permit implementation experience, it would be highly advantageous.)
