需有合法在台工作的身份。 Position Overview The Carpenter & Painter is responsible for the maintenance of wooden equipment, furniture and related fittings throughout the hotel.

The individual will also ensure that all granite, marble, grouting, tiles, cement, concrete walls, floor and ceilings are maintained and repaired as necessary.

The Carpenter & Painter also undertakes all painting and varnishing and polishing work throughout the hotel, including sign painting, and spray painting.

The Role 1.

Repairs all wooden equipment, furniture and related fitting throughout all function rooms, banquet stores and banquet office, guest-rooms, public areas within the hotel.

Repairs and makes good tables, chairs, sofas, stools, trolleys, mirrors, round or long banquet tables, etc.

3.

Repairs or renews rails, pellets, racks, cupboards, closet, etc.

4.

Makes or repairs partitions, doors, windows, sign boards, bulletin boards, boxes, tables, chairs, etc.

5.

Constructs cupboards, shelves and other furniture together with fittings as required by the hotel.

6.

Repairs or changes door stoppers, door closers, hooks, hinges, locks, rubber linings, curtain rails, etc.

7.

Responsible for order and cleanliness of carpentry and painting workshop.

8.

Carries out re-grouting program within the hotel, including the absolute necessity to ensure all guest-rooms, bathrooms and public area toilets are properly grouted according to schedule.

Ensures all tiling and plaster work is in good repair.

9.

Carries out any job assignments as when directed by the Management.

10. Carries out shift duties, split shift or when called upon to perform odd duties whenever a person of the same category trade falls sick, is on vacation, is absent from duty or as called upon to do so from time to time as directed by superiors or due to availability of the work area.
