This position is responsible for cost planning, controlling, financial management and analysis to one or few of the Richemont Maisons and entities of the Taiwan market.
The position will work in close partnership with Brand Managers and other functional budget holders to drive and manage the planning cycles.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted business partner and support the organization to achieve financial and operational objectives.
This position reports to the Brand Controlling Manager, NEA, based in Taipei.
Primary Responsibilities Prepare and monitor the cost planning and controlling of Maisons and group entities, ensuring the delivery of qualitative and accurate financial information, in areas of: Financial planning (budgets and LE preparation processes and forecasting) Capital investment proposal and analysis Financial performance (sales, gross and net margin, function operating costs and KPI analysis on a monthly basis) Support regional and HQ office’s counter parties to understand local market providing various forms of financial analysis Develop the performance management system to facilitate the measurement of each Maison’s performance Participate in various cross-functional projects, Transfer Price setting, SAP ERP Assist in identifying and supporting the finance process improvement Actively support the implementation of and Compliance with all relevant Company Policies and Procedures and IAS Standards Experience Average 6-8 years of Controlling/ FP&A experience, preferably in luxury retail industry Strong technical skills (SAP ERP & BW & BOA, Excel) with accuracy in managing high volume, complex data Handling matrix environment with multiple stakeholders Team player with ability to challenge the status quo and propose improvement opportunities Strong base knowledge of accounting, finance, and business operation principles Experience in a multinational corporate environment with matrix structure Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Fluent written and spoken English, Mandarin an advantage Comfortable in operating across SAP environment Competence Strong business acumen Management maturity able to establish challenging partnership with all stakeholders High mental agility and able to deal with ambiguity Key Challenges Handling matrix environment with multiple stakeholders Change management in the team mind-set and capabilities Agility in handling multi-market/ diverse market development of the region
