Main Responsibilities:Leads development, execution, and management of marketing strategies for Therapeutic Nutrition products. Including, building brand awareness, optimizing product positioning, and ensuring the successful promotion in upstream channel (ie hospital, GP, LTC… etc).Brand Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive ethical brand strategies to meet sales and market share objectives.Product promotion: Lead the planning and execution of product promotion among HCP, working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical affairs, and regulatory.Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.Marketing Campaigns: Design and implement marketing campaigns.Omni channel HCP journey development: Deployment and measurement to maximize HCP recommendation share and upstream initiation.Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and tracking expenditures.KOL Engagement: Collaborate with key opinion leaders in the healthcare industry to build product advocacy.Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies.Skills & Experience Required:Bachelor's degree and above in Nutrition Science, food science or a related science field3 yrs’ of experience in brand marketing in pharmaceuticals or healthcare industryExcellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Proven track record of past successful achievement, demonstrated to drive product recommendation, usage or sales in ethical related channel. Good team leader & player with strong growth mindset, excellent communication, interpersonal, project management, and analytical skillsProficiency in Mandarin and English is a must
