About Our Client Our client is a global leading Food & Beverage company in the world.
They have a great vision with diversified product portfolio.
They are now looking for a Brand Manager to oversee all their products in Taiwan.
Job Description Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Oversee the brand's P&L and manage the annual A&P budget.
Work closely with regional teams to spearhead new product launches.
Analyze market data and consumer research to anticipate competitive activity and market trends.
Design and execute integrated marketing communication (IMC) plans to meet brand communication goals.
Lead agency partners to ensure effective implementation of ATL and BTL initiatives, continually seeking to optimize results.
Manage brand social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LINE) to enhance business outcomes.
Partner with the trade marketing team to execute trade promotion activities.
The Successful Applicant3+ years solid brand marketing experience in well-known FMCG companies Familiar with the whole process of New Product Development and New Product Launch Experienced in ATL (advertising, PR, events, digital) and BTL communications development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin, Proficiency in Japanese would be a plus Self-motivated, adaptable, able to work under pressure, with a positive mindset and a collaborative approach.
