Contract Support: Review, evaluate, draft, and negotiate various types of sales/service-related documents (, RFQs, RFPs, Purchase Orders, Solicitation/Tenders (Bids), Service Contracts, Sales/Service Master Agreements, Code of Conduct, Non-Disclosure Agreement) for compliance with corporate and divisional policies and procedures in SEA, ANZ & Taiwan.
Review complete package of contract documents based on the company contract review checklist and working knowledge of the legal, financial, regulatory, and business risks in sales order, contract, and subcontract terms and conditions. Communicate these exposures effectively and efficiently to company decision-makers when necessary.
Understand the basics of commercial sales such as pricing, delivery, Incoterms, warranty, and payment terms.
Understand revenue recognition, contracts/production holds, and book and ship activities.
Work with the legal department and/or the team to propose alternative contractual arrangements acceptable to the company when customer and company terms and conditions differ.
