Be able to work independently on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requiring an in-depth evaluation of various factors.

Good problem description ability is necessary.

Frequent communication with different teams, such as division, product manager, sales, management, and customers to ensure high quality of projects and issue follow-up.

Generate BKMs and share in teams and to customers.

Cross area support within TW occasionally is required.

Help growing service business through quality daily service support Minimum Qualifications Master’s degree Mechanical Engineering background is preferred, semiconductor process knowledge or computer vision knowledge is a plus.

Demonstrate independent problem solving skills, and strong project management skills.

Must be willing to work in semiconductor clean room environment.

Good presentation and report writing skills.

Excellent communication, organization, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Able to communicate effectively in English through email, conference calls and face-to-face meetings.
