SLA, e.g. OA, IO Engage, 15% Support the management of GITO (or HCL) IT infrastructure maintenance 5% Collaborate with data partner to establish data platform 5% DDIT resource planning and deployment 5%                                                                                                                                                          Qualifications A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information System (MIS) or related fields ≥ 5 years of DDIT management experience (including People management, Project Management, Supplier management and collaboration) User requirement analysis, strong communication and collaboration skills.
