Role Purpose As part of the TW/HK Supply Chain organization, this role is responsible for overall demand planning, especially for demand planning of specific key accounts, support sc manager to facilitate S&OP process and control KPIs.

Internal wise, this role is the core member who co-work with multi-function team.

Main Accountabilities Co-work with account managers to align sales assumptions, work out 12 months demand rolling forecast per customer.

Develop consolidate 18 months rolling demand forecast with sales, S&CM based on historic data of market trend and actual IMS data.

Analyse sell-in/off-take/inventory data and deeply study business characters of different customer, to optimize forecast accuracy and bias.

Continually track on sales progress to take proactive actions with cross-function quickly.

Lead cross functions coordination to align priorities in case of supply constrain or over stock risk.

Be responsible for Monthly forecast accuracy/Bias review, root cause analysis and continuously optimize.

Integrate NPD forecasting into rolling forecast, work with L/RL to make conversion plan every month, align bridge stock in transition periods.

Demand planning master data maintenance, regularly update for APO DP, use system reports to make deep dive analysis.
