Build, launch, and continuously enhance digital platforms across key consumer touchpoints, acting as the primary day‑to‑day solution owner.
Translate consumer journeys and UX insights into clear functional and technical platform requirements.
Ensure platforms are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with long-term commercial and business objectives.
Support solution architecture, system integration, and Mar Tech stack implementation (e.g., CMS, CRM, CDP).
Work with IT, global teams, and agencies to validate feasibility, integration logic, data flows, and release plans.
Ensure all platforms uphold security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance standards.
Convert digital strategies, global frameworks, and business priorities into local execution plans and deployment roadmaps.
Support pilot initiatives and new platform launches using agile and test‑and‑learn methodologies.
Adapt global digital solutions to local market realities while maintaining alignment with global governance.
Partner with marketing, sales, IT, legal, and corporate affairs teams to develop aligned digital solutions.
Manage external agencies and vendors, overseeing scope, timelines, deliverables, and quality.
Serve as a key liaison across global, regional, and local stakeholders.
Track platform performance metrics (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversions, CRM effectiveness).
Translate performance data into meaningful business insights across the consumer journey.
Identify opportunities for continuous optimization and innovation.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital platforms, or digital solution delivery.
Proven experience in building or launching digital platforms (not only operating existing ones).
Experience collaborating with global teams and managing external digital agencies.
Background in consumer-centric or product-led digital initiatives.
Experience with agile or iterative delivery methodologies preferred.
Bachelor's degree or above; degrees in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields are a strong advantage.
Candidates with technical or system-oriented academic backgrounds who have transitioned into digital, product, or platform roles are highly encouraged.
