The primary purpose of the Test Engineer is responsible for introducing, validating, and optimizing automated optical and electrical test solutions for silicon photonics chips, ensuring product quality, measurement accuracy, and production efficiency.

What You Will Do
Responsible for deployment, validation, and optimization of optical and electrical test equipment.
Support test program development and interface tuning to ensure accuracy and quality.
Participate in NPI test planning, workflow setup, and mass production transfer.
Collaborate with vendors and teams on specification definition and acceptance criteria.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Optoelectronics, or a related field.
Experience in NPI test planning, mass production transfer, or yield improvement projects.
Experience in testing, semiconductor, or optoelectronic device
Proficiency with optical/electrical test equipment (e.g., OSA, optical power meter, probe station, SMU, VNA).
Programming experience in Python or Lab VIEW for automated test development.
What Will Put You Ahead
Optical component testing experience.
Experience in vendor collaboration is beneficial but not mandatory.
