Cost Model Build Up and improvement

- will need to closely work with FAC/non FAB team to build up cost model and drive innovative and strategic solutions for year on year cost reduction program. 
- utilize SQL, VBA, Python, C#, etc automation solutions for productivity improvement.
- will need to deep dive saving opportunity, summary and present for leadership team.

Renew energy strategy

- Join RE strategy discussion and transform into cost analysis

- For some cases, will need to attend industrial committee with industry partners on strategy discussion and alignment

Communication

- This role requires massive communication across departments, including HVM, FAC, central team and from working level to top senior leadership teams.

- Drives accountability through clear communication, informal feedback, effective project / program management and appropriate usage of metrics.

- Prioritize and align Project/Program goals with counter-parts goals across the organization.
