• Responsible to lead various finance functions and being a business partner to all other functions within the organization.
• Lead, manage and control activities of various business functions by providing financial support. • Responsible for leading taxation, AP, AR, GL, and financial auditing.
• Perform effective monitoring of all budgeting, taxation, working capital, and credit control, and to drive continuous improvement in these areas.
• Develop, implement and review efficient and effective accounting processes, and overall internal controls of the company.
• Other ad hoc projects that will need to be managed from time to time based on business requirements
• Provide continual support and motivation in managing the finance team members, whether or not reporting directly to this role. Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of working experience, preferably with a combination of some external/ internal audit exposure. Must have leadership experience in managing a team and taking full responsibility for their deliverables and career progression. • Proficient in English and Mandarin, both written and oral.
• Pleasant personality with strong communication skills, and able to work in a team (inside and outside finance function) and bring the team together to deliver. Must be comfortable working in a large MNC environment and dealing with multiple stakeholders locally and internationally.
• Work with integrity, initiative, and a strong sense to take accountability/ ownership and commitment to deliver.
