to ensure good internal control and achieve financial goals both short and long term Drive new organization development as “one team” and support establishing new business process Finance and Budgeting Overall financial management responsibility including the review and approval of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting materials and metrics for the Country GM and Board of Directors.
Support project financing activities such as performing financial analysis, forecasting and financial modelling as required Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, cash flow and coordination of audit activities.
Oversee the bookkeeping function including maintenance of the general ledger, project , accounts receivable.
Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)Internal control and business risk management Understand JCI standard, ensure and improve quality of internal control Actively involve contract condition and project status review and lead improvement from financial point of view Reply internal and external audit, SOX requirement and any regulation change relating to financial reporting and internal process With GM, influence to organization to implement good compliance culture Experience and skill Experience in “project” type business and project accounting Deep FP&A experience with proven analytical skill Advanced Excel and Power Point skill Business level English communication skill Competency Can drive changes with proper strategy Proactive and result oriented Team player and hands on Effective communication under conflict#LI-AY1
