  • Focus on OSATs & Specialty segment, capable of identifying customer technical needs in advanced packaging area, offer product solution to win business/support customer needs.
  • Sales Process & product knowledge: Well-understand product knowledge (LS-SWIFT, ICOS, SPTS) & sales process (Value/people) to bridge customer and internal teams includes diverse business units.
  • Responsible for KLA product shipment slots management on assigned accounts and take ownership to internal on shipment tracking, communication, and follow up actions.
  • Account management able to handle challenges/hurdles which includes and not limit to service and application related cases at coverage account, for KLA products in assigned accounts.
  • Build and deepen customer relationships with and bring to internal high level management team to help KLA grow new business opportunity. Influence long-term strategic direction and serve as a business partner.
  • Generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively in matrix environment in order to optimize business results and open up opportunities with key customers.
  • Understand assigned customer’s technology footprint, strategic growth plans and business drivers, technology strategy, and competitive landscape.
  • Drive business development, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.
  • Essential skill

  • Identifies industries and represents best advanced packaging market. Applied available resources to become familiar with key issues affecting the businesses needing our services and identifies potential advanced packaging customers with the characteristics and business need for our products/services. Networks for successful prospect identification.
  • Maintains an appropriate number of leads for qualification as prospects. Persistently maintains supply of leads and connects targeting characteristics to prospects.
  • Drives sales strategies with effectively communicating products and clearly presenting our products/services and their value in meeting the prospect’s business needs. Maintains an emphasis on profit while making the sale. Value is emphasized to prospect.
  • Closing the Sales : Paces the presentation, deals with objections/stalls, and moves to the close in a timely manner with good closing ratio while maintaining appropriate profit margins.
  • Efficiently coordinates the relationship between the customer and our product delivery team to ensure a good beginning to our relationship with the customer. Active in the resolution of any difficulties.
  • Ongoing Support: Appropriately participates in delivering good quality service. Works with both the customer and our customer support people to maintain a good customer service relationship.
  • Account Management and maintain the relationship. Actively supervises the customer’s perception of our organization and works to keep a satisfactory result with the customer.
  • Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
    • 10 years of field sales or marketing experience in semiconductor industry on inspection & metrology or advanced packaging process background is strongly preferred.
    • Experiences of working with matrix team to achieve business objectives. Equipped with dealing partners in complex implementation projects, including product division and customers.
    • Demonstrated track record in exceeding sales goals.
    • Mobility of local business travel
