Identify and implement innovative manufacturing technologies and processes to optimise efficiency, quality, and cost.
Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, procurement, quality control, and logistics.
Manage and develop a high-performing team of manufacturing professionals across multiple locations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Financial Performance: Develop and manage manufacturing budgets and financial plans.
Drive cost reduction initiatives and improve manufacturing profitability.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to manufacturing operations.

Skills: Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
Sufficient communication and interpersonal skills in Mandarin and English.
