    Working Location: Xindian District, New Taipei City   We're recruiting Project Configuration and Change Controller to join our Alstom team in Taipei Circular Line Phase 2 Project.

  Project Configuration and Change Controller is key to the team to create and manage traceable records of delivered products and services through the application of Configuration and Change Management activities at all levels during the lifecycle of Project.

  What I should do in this position? Is leading the CCM activities in Project/Program or is supporting the Advanced Pr CCM or the Senior Pr CCM in a project/program.

Promotes the Alstom Code of Ethics and adheres to the highest standards of ethical conduct.

Applies Configuration and Change standard procedures, instructions, templates etc.

and ensures that team members do not bypass them.

Ensures the activities and Roles & Responsibilities  defined in the Configuration Management Plan (CMP) are applied and followed.

Reports and escalates any CCM related issues within the Project / Program organization and proposes possible solutions.

Reports on CCM Performance Indicators.

Contributes to REX and suggests improvements to the CCM activities.

Supports or manages access rights to configuration and change databases.

Timely updates data managed and stored in the configuration and change databases/tools.

Ensures the execution Development for Quality (Df Q) Gates for CCM deliverables.

Supports configuration management activities, such as: Identification and management of items under configuration control (e.g.

documentation, hardware, software) Preparation of release notes for Configuration Baselines, incl.

for sub-system target configuration data.

Ensure the establishment of the As Build/As Installed/As Maintained Configuration Status Accounting Report (CSAR) and monitoring of its compliance.

Leads or supports Change Management activities, such as: Organizes and leads the Change Control Boards.

Ensures the completeness, correctness, clarity and timeline of Change Requests in cooperation with the Change requestor, throughout all stages of a change request.

Monitors Change requests and aligns all project/program stakeholders on the changes.

Prioritizes Change Requests in cooperation with requestor and other involved functions, incl.

assignment to a Configuration Baseline.

  What I need to qualify for this position? Bachelor degreee in Engineering, Project Management or Business Skill in Microsoft softwares Quicker learner and adaptation to new systems and tools  Fluent in both Chinese and English as a must           You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
