Reporting to the Retail Director, collaborates closely with all stakeholders, including Retail Director, Boutique Teams, fellow departments and external stakeholders. Lead own office team and the boutique teams in continuously driving performance and operations excellence, develops sales targets and performance goals, plans out actions. You will be mainly responsible for: Ensures that boutique operations are efficient and in line with Maison’s guidelines Identifies areas of improvement, actively develops solutions to enhance boutique operations Plans and manages Retail operations budget Closely works with Landlords/stakeholders to ensure network and performance development Analyzes business performance, identifies areas of improvement, drives performance Drives understanding of KPIs and reporting across teams, enhance Boutique managers’ analytical skills and strategic planning Utilizes existing performance tracking data and tools, improve and develop new where needed Monitors repairs and CS operations in close collaboration with boutiques and workshops, trains teams where needed More than a job….
