About the role The Sales Operations Specialist interfaces intensively with multiple stakeholders in the Distributor customer, Sales Team, Sales Operations Team, Business Administration & Finance, IT, Legal and Reporting to provide business data timely, accurately and transparently.

This position is essential to enable the Regional Sales Head to deliver upon NEXPERIA’s growth ambitions and to streamline processes in reporting, forecasting, DWIN tracking globally with the Director Sales, Marketing and Distribution Operations.

What you will do Implement, support & execute standardized sales management processes Drive Revenue and Design Win Tracking/Forecasting in collaboration with the Sales team and Sales Operations Team globally Monitor Target Setting and Controlling Deploy and communicate Distribution Programs Manage and analyze distributor sales performance and behavior to assure reporting activity is well-executed Perform standardization for customer database and update data per request from different stakeholders Proactive and intensive work with cross-functional team to support business request and ad-hoc projects What you will need University background with minimum 5 years Sales Operations experience with Semiconductor Company or Distributor Sound understanding of (Semiconductor) and Distribution related business processes and programs and ability to define and drive processes and programs Sound acumen in working with and interpreting numbers Strong Computer skills - MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and other relevant system as e.g.

SAP and Model N and relevant EDI protocols as e.g.
