The purpose of this role is to supervise the execution of standard Operational Finance activities for the market.

The role will include identifying and executing continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Title:(Associate) Accounting Manager Job Description: Responsibilities: 1.

Delivery of Month End closure activities including P&L and Balance Sheet finalization.

2.

Ensure accurate delivery of month end reporting in P&L and Balance Sheet.

3.

Support the team during monthly/Quarterly/ Yearly financial reporting and control activities.

4.

Blackline Support – share timely reports and review BS reconciliation approvals.

5.

Support internal and external audit.

6.

Support regional and global control process and reporting.

7.

Manage ad hoc requirements and projects on financial control & compliance areas.

8.

Be a part of continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process lapses, offering best possible solution and lead Automation Projects.1.
