Act as a trusted advisor to the TW CEO and an integral member of the leadership team
Provide thought partnership and strategic input on key initiatives
Drive alignment, strategy, and decision-making across commercial and regional leadership
Prepare high-impact presentations and reports for board meetings, townhalls, and internal communications
Coordinate across functions to ensure timely, consistent messaging and decision-making
Identify cross-functional alignment opportunities and coordinate stakeholder engagement
Support rollout of global commercial and shared service models
Drive strategic and operational initiatives from conception to execution
Oversee planning and execution of leadership offsites and culture-building events
Partner with Finance on business case development and budget oversight
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders (P& C, Legal, IT, L& D, Manufacturing) on programs supporting engagement and talent development
Lead continuous improvement efforts across processes, performance metrics, and business operations
Fluent in Japanese and English (spoken and written)
Strong project and program management experience
Experience working in cross-functional leadership roles
Proven success in leading strategic and operational initiatives
Skilled in stakeholder management and executive-level communication
Emotionally intelligent, adaptable, and an effective relationship builder
Able to work independently, manage ambiguity, and operate with discretion
Confident managing high-pressure, fast-paced global operations
Deep understanding of key business functions (Commercial, Medical, Finance, Legal, etc.)
