Through proactive and strategic engagement, we develop and deliver advocacy campaign to address the key issues that may affect the Group’s growth strategy.

Reports to: Head of Corporate and Regulatory Affairs, TWCReporting Level: Manage Self and Others Geographic Scope: Local WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FORSupport and handle overall regulatory affairs for Taiwan Collaborate with other functions to build campaign plan and on the strategy for establishing relationship with government institutions, for company policy initiatives Work with Head of Corporate and Regulatory Affairs, TWC to plan and implement partner reputation management projects Analyze the public policy and regulatory environments to identify risks and opportunities which affect the company Identify and mobilize third party associations, coalitions, and key opinion leaders Develop critical foresights on current and emerging regulatory issues Promote the Corporate’s profile to all level of Governmental partner of Taiwan ensuring company is reputed among investors and preferred partners Identify and engage with key partners for New Category and Combustible products Provide primary business intelligence on marketing activities from government sources and secondary intelligence on market and business development of competitors to drive the company’s activities stay ahead in gaining driven edge CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE? What are you looking for the next career development?Why are you interested on a role with BAT?ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGEBachelor’s Degree, preferably in Political Science, Law, Public Policy or Life Science Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience, particularly in the areas of public policy, government relations, and public affairs Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English and Chinese Good team player with the ability to work collaboratively with team members across functions and geographies Possess strong analytical skill and sound knowledge of current local and international affairs Self-driven individual with ability to take initiative, exercise sound judgement and make good decisions in the face of uncertainty Strong advocacy, communication, presentation, and consensus-building skills BENEFICIAL Effective relations with wide range of key central authorities in Taiwan Experience in project management is an added advantage WE ARE BATAt BAT we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
