Job Description As the COO, you will be responsible for optimizing and scaling global operations across the company's Saa S platform and consulting services.
You will drive operational excellence, ensuring the seamless integration of technology with consulting practices to deliver high-value solutions to clients.
The role will require a leader who can align the firm's operational framework with its growth ambitions and ESG mission while leading a global team and ensuring efficient service delivery across regions.
Key Responsibilities: Operational Strategy & Saa S Delivery: Develop and implement strategies to optimize the delivery of the firm's Saa S platform and consulting services, ensuring scalability and operational efficiency across global markets.
Process Optimization & Platform Scaling: Streamline operational processes to support the growth of the Saa S platform, ensuring that technology and data services are delivered seamlessly to clients.
Drive scalability by identifying areas for automation and improvement in service delivery.
Client Success & Service Delivery: Oversee the successful implementation and client support of the Saa S platform and consulting services, ensuring high satisfaction, timely delivery, and consistent quality across all offerings.
Team Leadership & Culture: Lead cross-functional teams including product, operations, and client services, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across the Saa S and consulting divisions.
Financial & Risk Management: Work closely with finance to manage the company's operational budget, ensuring cost-efficient scaling of Saa S solutions and consulting services while managing financial risks associated with global operations.
Sustainability & Compliance: Ensure that operations are aligned with the company's ESG values, and work closely with compliance teams to keep the platform and services in sync with global regulatory requirements.
Growth Enablement: Support the CEO in driving global expansion, including market entry strategies and partnerships.
Operationalize new services and technology offerings to ensure swift and efficient scaling.
The Successful Applicant Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior operational leadership, preferably within a Saa S or technology-driven business.
Experience in the ESG, sustainability, or consulting space is highly desirable.
Industry Expertise: In-depth understanding of ESG standards, Saa S business models, and sustainability data platforms.
Experience in data analytics, regulatory compliance, and consulting will be beneficial.
Regional Scope: manage and operate business with regional scope especially covering SEA and APAC market is a strong plus.
Leadership: Strong leadership and team management experience in a fast-paced, global business.
Ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Tech-Savvy: Expertise in integrating technology, including Saa S platforms and data solutions, to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Financial Acumen: Proficient in budget management, cost control, and operational efficiency in scaling Saa S or tech-driven services.
Familiarity with financial reporting and risk management.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with global stakeholders, clients, and executive leadership.
