Could this be the scene for your next career move? We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.
Stolt Tank Containers (STC) is a leading provider of door-to-door transportation services for bulk- liquid chemicals and food-grade products.
With a fleet of more than 45,000 tank containers, STC is the only operator with its own worldwide network of 22 owned and joint venture depots.

Working closely with our customers and vendors, you will provide customers with excellent service.
Your expertise ensures that we will continue to set the industry benchmark for seamless and efficient operations.
A CSR is responsible for facilitating effective communication among multiple departments to execute pricing and service activities for customers in line with regional and global strategy of STC.
You will identify, maintain and develop customer relationships by developing appropriate activities.
In addition, ensures that all activities are consistently executed within STC’s existing Quality Management System ISO9001, ISO22000, SQAS Tank Cleaning, CDI IMPCAS, AEO, CT-PAT.
Key Responsibilities The following lists the key responsibilities which the CSR is expected to cover: Develops, updates and communicates logistic solution quotes based on requests by customers according to STC’s policies.
Initiates post-quote follow up with customers on new business opportunities Actively responds / follows up on any customer complaints / issues Actively responds / follows up on any customer complaints / issues; Responsible for the maintenance of customer profiles and account activity in CRM.
Qualify leads and opportunities to Win/Loss in CRM and if known capture Market price, Competitor and Loss reasons Responds to STC global inquiries, and when possible suggests solutions to improve service, cost or quality result for STC and its customers.
Communicates actively and regularly with others within STC on market pricing issues, commercial approach and policies.
Contributes actively to the improvement of STC's commercial activities by being involved in the commercial team meetings, sharing ideas, concepts of improvements to systems or methods.
Provides assistance to the commercial management with projects when necessary.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in logistics/shipping General background knowledge of forwarding and shipping industry Experience in operations is preferred B2 B customer service/ inside sales experience is a plus Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Must be ethical, well organized and able to prioritize Business proficiency level in English and (local language) is required, fluency in (2nd language) is a plus What we offer Join us and become part of a family-founded organization where your contribution counts.
