About the Role As the Head of Application Support and Service Manager you will oversee the operation of Taiwan Application Support Team, as well as IT services management for Taiwan business, ensuring the local and global IT services suit business requirements and escalate major IT incidents to in-country stakeholders for their awareness until incidents closed and problems fixed on time.

The jobholder is responsible for all locally managed applications and the Taiwan contact window for global app incidents. This role is responsible for providing deep technical knowledge and team leadership in order to enable 24/7 support for all ANZ computer systems and applications.

Role Type: Permanent, Full-time Role Location: ANZ Taiwan What will your day look like? Your role as the Head of Application Support and Service Manager is to provide deep technical knowledge and team leadership in order to enable 24/7 support for all ANZ computer systems and applications.

You will be an ambassador of the new culture and ways of working providing personal development for people in your teams.

As a Head of Application Support and Service Manager, you will be accountable for: Service improvement process to mitigate key risks and/or repeat service issues.

First line production support and accountable for in country / global system availability/ stability aligned with business requirements for all applications supporting ANZ Taiwan.

Managing performance of outsourced application support services to ensure service indicator and turnaround time of incidents/ problems are under agreed SLA specified within Scope of Work.

Delivering application new initiatives and projects to meet business strategy and business growth within agreed timeframes, budget, and quality.

Maintaining, reviewing and updating the inventory of all systems documentation required.

Managing the staffing of the in-country Application support team, including resource planning, recruitment and professional development.

Coordinating disaster recovery exercises between Global/local support teams and local business users.

Technology business/financial management requirements i.e.

annual budgeting, purchase processing, payments, IT asset depreciation etc.

What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: University degree in an IT or computer science discipline with extensive years of relevant technical experience, within banking industry is a plus.

At least half a decade term of successful managerial level staff management within an IT environment.

Strong knowledge of and experience in technology service management, especially on High Priority Incident & Problem handling.

Strong verbal and written communications.

Ability to converse, read & write in both Chinese and English may be needed in the day to day job requirement Positive, and Passionate with a Can Do attitude.
