Job Description1.
Develop and implement the company's capital structure and fundraising strategies, ensuring financial stability and supporting long-term growth.2.
Lead all stages of the company's fundraising activities, including equity financing, debt financing, and IPO preparation, while coordinating with investment institutions, banks, lawyers, and other professional advisors.3.
Analyze market trends and investor demand, and design optimized fundraising plans based on the company's business development, ensuring diversified funding sources and minimizing costs.4.
Evaluate and select appropriate investor groups, while developing and maintaining long-term relationships with potential investors and existing shareholders.5.
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to provide financial data and fundraising-related decision-making advice, ensuring the fundraising process aligns with the company's overall development strategy.6.
Regularly review and optimize capital allocation and efficiency, increasing returns on capital and reducing financial risks.7.
Prepare and present fundraising reports and financial analyses, providing updates to the board of directors and senior management on capital flow and fundraising progress.
The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related fields; MBA preferred.- At least 8 years of experience in the finance sector, with extensive experience in fundraising and financing operations.- Familiarity with equity and debt financing, market evaluation, and investor relations management.- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategies in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of building effective relationships with internal and external senior leadership and investors.
