Job Description Collaborate with sales and service teams in managing tender processes, quotations, and contract renewals.
Support sales and service teams in implementing and enforcing contract terms.
Act as a strategic partner by offering insights and solutions for various business scenarios.
Ensure that all transactions adhere to internal guidelines and accounting standards.
Develop, review, and enforce SOPs for both internal and external stakeholders to align with company guidelines and enhance governance.
Maintain timely and accurate asset management.
Proactively implement strategies to optimize working capital, such as managing inventory and accounts receivable.
Standardize, streamline, and automate processes to enhance overall team efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead and manage the team by offering guidance and support.
The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, with proficiency in SAP applications.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on results and quality.
Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in both English and Mandarin.
