We are looking for a highly skilled individual to take on the role of MGR/E4 Lead, OMT WET/CMP Process in Taiwan. This position offers an outstanding opportunity to lead and innovate in the WET/CMP process, driving world-class manufacturing output and tackling complex defect problems.
Responsibilities: Lead the team in WET/CMP process and defect problem solving.
Drive the expansion of WET/CMP paths and MXT to achieve higher manufacturing efficiency.
Manage new generation transfer projects and network task forces to ensure flawless execution.
Determine and successfully implement strategies to improve process performance and output.
Minimum Qualifications: Proven experience with WET/CMP processes and a track record of defect reduction.
Extensive knowledge and skills in path expansion and transfer requirements.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years in WET/CMP process roles, with at least an E4 level for E4 L hires.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ambitious individual dedicated to continuous improvement.
