Job Description Team Leadership: Oversee and manage a team of 80-100 software engineers, including architects, developers, and testers.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages professional growth and development.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, helping them reach their full potential.
Software Development: Define and implement software development strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
Ensure the efficient and effective development, testing, and deployment of software products.
Drive continuous improvement in software quality, performance, and scalability.
Technical Architecture: Collaborate with architects to design and maintain scalable and resilient software architectures.
Ensure alignment between software development and overall business objectives.
Project Management: Manage multiple software development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
Prioritize and allocate resources effectively to optimize project outcomes.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners.
Build strong relationships and foster trust with internal and external stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership role managing teams of 40+ people.
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex software projects.
Deep understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Strong technical skills and experience with various programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
