Are you ready to take your HR career to the next level? Look no further than this exciting opportunity as an HR Manager at Baxter Healthcare Corporation in Taipei, Taiwan.

As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of our HR department while providing invaluable business partnering support to our organization.

Support Asia Head of HR to implement HR initiatives and ensure Talent agenda and HR operations running smoothly in Taiwan & Hongkong.

Responsibilities: Provide leadership to the local HR functions in Taiwan and Hong Kong, including organizational design and development, total rewards, talent acquisition, performance management, talent management and succession, compliance and integrity, and employee/industrial relations.

Work closely with the Management Team and your direct reports to establish HR and talent strategies and action plans that support our business goals.

Serve as the main point of contact for employees, addressing any HR inquiries regarding policy, procedures, processes, career development, performance, and benefits programs.

Collaborate with leaders to analyze workforce statistics, drive strategic workforce planning, and track staff movement/turnover rates.

Use HR data to gather insights and create monthly HR scorecards and dashboards.

Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition partner to ensure effective recruiting strategies that align with our business growth and organizational needs.

Support talent strategy and facilitate individual development plans for employees.

Guide leaders on performance management, coaching, and performance improvement processes.

Facilitate talent review and planning processes to develop a strong succession pipeline.

Identify organization and talent capability gaps and recommend learning and development initiatives.

Implement talent attraction, retention, and engagement programs to position Baxter Healthcare Corporation as an employer of choice.

Provide advice, support, and guidance to leaders on effective human resource management practices and counseling.

Facilitate organizational transformation initiatives and recommend appropriate organizational development and change management measures.

Drive employee engagement programs and foster an inclusive culture.

Manage labor relations and handle legal litigation matters as necessary.

Oversee local policy, compensation, and benefit programs.

Collaborate with the C&B COE to analyze, design, and implement competitive compensation and benefit programs.

Facilitate the annual compensation review process, including salary increases and bonus allocation.

Coordinate with vendors and facilitate communication with the payroll vendor for monthly payroll, claims, and tax reporting.

Periodically review and update the employee handbook to ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date.

Champion the use of Workday as our employee database system.

Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.

Requirements: Proficiency in Taiwan labor law.

Demonstrated capacity to cultivate business relationships with operations and functional business support leadership teams.

Exceptional written, verbal, and graphics communication skills.

Ability to influence others within the organization.

Attentive to detail and thorough.

Proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
