Job Description1.

Talent Acquisition:- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and developeffective recruitment strategies.- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and participate in the selection processto ensure the acquisition of top-tier talent.- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract and retain a diverse pool ofcandidates.2.

Employee Relations:- Proactively manage employee relations matters, providing guidance andresolutions to enhance a positive and inclusive workplace environment.- Conduct investigations and address employee concerns, ensuring fair andconsistent application of company policies.- Partner with management to foster a culture of open communication andcontinuous improvement.3.

Performance Management:- Develop and implement performance management processes, including goalsetting, performance reviews, and career development plans.- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance-related matters tooptimize team effectiveness.4.

Learning and Development:- Identify training needs and collaborate with leaders to design and implementdevelopment programs.- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills andknowledge.5.

HR Policy and Compliance:- Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring companypolicies and practices comply.- Work closely with legal counsel as needed to address HR-related legal matters.6.

Employee Engagement:- Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement initiatives to enhance employeeengagement and satisfaction, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, andrecognition programs.- Organize events and activities that promote a positive and collaborativeworkplace culture.7.

HR Metrics and Reporting:- Utilize HR analytics to measure and report on key HR metrics, providing insightsfor informed decision-making.- Prepare regular reports for management on HR-related activities and trends.

The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, multi-function experience is preferred.- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Demonstrated ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.- Proven experience in handling sensitive employee relations issues.- Fluent in English.
