Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
To manage a people eco system around moments that matter – delivering value at every touchpoint and provide HR service and support to defined business area. Supports local HR projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Key contact with market business leaders, managers and employees and consults on policies and procedures
Manage employees in all people related topics, coach, guide and support line managers to be empowered around people, engagement and performance topics and decisions
Design and execute the People Strategy in a defined area with guidance of HR leader
Analyze HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Manage Change Management plans and execution of new Org Design set up
Deliver into the talent pipeline build-up of respective support functions
Support the sourcing of solutions to build skills and capabilities in partnership with expert communities, operationalize the workforce planning process
Input and monitor dashboard and analytic trends
Ensure our people products and processes are executed and adapt communication for customer base
Quickly respond to needs from line managers and employees and support leaders/managers in their people issues
Take up ownership for HR projects/initiatives in support of furthering the business and people goals.
Be a company culture and employee experience champion
Take up ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Consulting Capabilities: Basic consulting and counselling capabilities. Ability to deliver and support the selling of HR solutions to the business

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: University degree or equivalent (preferably main subject Personnel Management)
Minimum 5 years progressive work experience in the field of HRBP.
Proven HR business partner, ideally with experience in multiple HR areas, e.g. Rewards, Talent or business function.
Proficient in English
Experience handling complicated employee relations issues, investigations and downsizing.
