Overview
We are seeking a Visual Designer Summer Intern and help shape the visual foundation of a global cybersecurity platform. In this role, you will have the opportunity to redefine how users interact with complex security ecosystems. You will bring creativity, visual craft, and system thinking to build scalable, cohesive design foundations that support product teams across the globe. You will collaborate closely with UX designers, engineers, and cross‑functional partners to deliver high‑quality, consistent experiences.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Design visual interfaces for web and mobile applications
2. Work in a rapid, iterative product development environment
3. Transform complex concepts into clear, intuitive visual experiences
4. Create and maintain component libraries in Figma
5. Collaborate closely with UX designers and front-end engineers to ensure visual clarity and quality
6. Continuously enhance and evolve design system libraries and patterns
Design System–Specific Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain Vision One platform guidelines & Tonic One design system, ensuring cross‑product consistency
2. Define, document, and organize design tokens and interaction behavior definitions
3. Ensure high-quality implementation by working closely with engineering partners
Qualifications:
1. Ability to work using design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or AI tools
2. Strong visual aesthetics, attention to detail, and design consistency
3. Experience defining visual guidelines, brand expression, and style
4. Self‑motivated, curious about new design trends, and comfortable sharing knowledge
5. Skills in interaction design, illustration, motion design, or iconography
6. English communication skills required
