Contribute to all product-line test quality.3.

Work with implementation teams (DE, TE, PD) to meet low cost and high quality testing Requirement1.

Bachelor/Masters Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Over 5 years of experience on Design for Testability and IC Design Flow2.

Experience with tools and methodologies for DFT -- hierarchical DFT, LBIST, MBIST, Diagnosis3.

Experience of silicon debug and yield analysis4.

Familiar with CPU/GPU high-speed design5.

Familiar with implementation flow, from RTL design, design verification, synthesis, APR6.

Good software and scripting skills, such as perl, python, tcl
