Job Description In charge of engineers/specialists and entry to middle level manager recruitment, R&R includes building partnership with hiring managers, talent sourcing and management, selection & interview, securing on-boarding and expand talent network. Requirement1. 1-2 years working experiences in recruiting is preferred.
2. Proficient in behavior interview skill and provide interview feedback for hiring decision making with hiring managers
3. Familiar with multi sourcing channels. Be able to partner with hiring managers to propose the best sourcing portfolio and effectively follow-up to fulfill talent requirements.
4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office software to integrate data and present the valuable information and insights.
5. Scoring over 800 in TOEIC or similar level in other language tests within two years
