Ensure strict adherence to local regulations and internal company policies.
Champion the defense of the company's interests across diverse legal fronts, contributing insights to trade association initiatives and consistently making legal decisions that align with business objectives.
Proactively monitor shifts in the regulatory landscape and institute requisite controls and measures to ensure the company's ongoing compliance with emerging regulations.
Lead negotiations and formalize agreements of various kinds, in addition to facilitating the implementation of global company policies.
Provide support on corporate governance matters as needed.
Assess the necessity for and liaise with external legal advisors as appropriate.
