To be our customers' advocate and single point of contact for all technical support remotely, which include: * Product selection, application, and maintenance/set-up support * Provide customers the requested documents such as user manuals, catalogues, certificates, test reports, etc. * Troubleshooting 2.
To take ownership of our customers' issues and complaints until resolved to their satisfaction 3.
To support digitization and self-service initiatives, e.g.
Create and update Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) 4.
To detect potential opportunities from customer interactions Qualifications * Bachelor Degree or relevant in Electrical Engineering * 2-4 years of technical support experience * Knowledge in low & medium voltage power distribution/protection products (breakers, relay, meters,...), and UPS equipment. * Knowledge in power distribution and energy management system * Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills are required to interact with customers in a professional manner and work successfully with customers under high stress and/or ambiguous situations. * Fluent in Chinese.
Capable to use English (writing and reading) for communicating with advance/expert supports. * Digital mindset Schedule: Full-time Req: 008 Z9 E
