The Role:
We are seeking an experienced c leanroom m anager to lead and oversee the operations of our CMP cleanroom and R& D chemical laboratory. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with stringent safety standards and maintaining world-class operational excellence in a semiconductor environment.
In this role you will:
Manage day-to-day operations of CMP cleanroom and R& D chemical laboratory .
Ensure strict adherence to EHS regulations and company safety protocols.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cleanroom and chemical handling.
Coordinate preventive maintenance and calibration of cleanroom equipment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams ( MSE , R& D, FTE … ) to support production and development needs.
Train and mentor team members on safety, contamination control, and operational best practices.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Forecast and maintain well-controlled operational budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising safety or quality.
