Internal : Coordinate with MRPC (Material Planning Controller) and continuously adjusting supply plan for all spare parts to optimize the TNF & supplier’s capacity planning to fulfill the safety stock level of worldwide warehouse and satisfy the customer requirement of service spare part.- Weekly review on hand stock status and organize routine shipping list for the spare parts to ensure warehouse could arrange shipment on time.- Proactively engaged with TNF Manufacturing & PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) & Dn E to seek for the long term solution of supply bottleneck.- Attend weekly Critical Material Escalation (CME) meetings to update latest supply plan and seek for help from other stakeholders to solve the supply bottleneck External : Be the communication bridge between TNF & CSCM to have prompt feedback for customer requirement.-Ensure PO’s information is correct and synced to Oracle successfully.-team up with CSCM & P&D (Plan and Delivery) team to keep monitoring worldwide stock fulfill rate and update supply plan for the monitored items.
