The Site Manager will be responsible for the collective performance of supervisor/manager and site in the following areas.

Operations Safety, Environmental and Health: Safety must be the highest priority for Quantum Clean.

The sites must be fully compliant with OSHA requirements.

Annual OSHA record keeping and accident reporting requirements must be fully adhered to.

A culture of safety awareness must be part of technician daily job responsibility.

Adherence with applicable OSHA standards, as they apply to Quantum Clean activity is required.

These include Hazcom, PPE, Respirator protection, Training, and documentation of technicians in all OSHA and Quantum Clean safety protocols is mandatory at all sites.

All required Regulatory Permits and approvals will be obtained and plants must operate in full compliance with such permits.

All DOT and RCRA Hazardous waste requirements will be adhered to all sites Operations Quality and ISO-9000 Conformance: Essential to Quantum Clean’s success is continuous Quality Improvement.

Quantum Clean is an ISO-9000 company.

Compliance with all Quantum Clean ISO procedures at every level within the Site Manager’s Organization is mandatory.

This includes adherence to the CAPA and NCE programs, the Product Qualification and Quoting Process, Order Acceptance Procedures, Part Cleaning and Bagging Procedures, Internal Audit requirements, as well as all other ISO procedures and protocols.

Note that through compliance with these procedures, order and billing miss-matches do not occur, customers are notified immediately of receiving and process issues, and quality incidents of every kind are investigated, and preventative actions are put into place to prevent their re-occurrence.

Operations Plant Flow and Process Efficiency: Success in the Quantum Clean philosophy of production and manufacturing requires operating plants in a “lean flow” manner.

Efficiency as measured in “parts per man-hour” and “inventory (WIP)” turns is essential to providing both fast part turn around and low costs of services.

Training of site supervisor/manager in Lean Flow Concepts is essential.

Training of technicians and documentation of technician training in cross functional areas at each plant is essential to simultaneously providing “lean-flow” and low cost operations.

Operations Human Resource Policy Conformance: The Site Manager will ensure that all HR policies and procedures are understood by production supervisor/manager and employees, and that these policies are followed.

Three month, and annual reviews must be current for all employees.

The review process allows formal feedback to improve and correct employee performance and behavior, and provides reward for positive performance and behavior.

The three month review process allows Quantum Clean to proactively remove individuals who may not be suitable or capable of long term success at Quantum Clean.

The Site Manager shall ensure that production supervisor/managers adhere to discipline policies requiring incident documentation, verbal and written warnings, and dismissal.

In addition to timely reviews, and adherence to discipline policies, the Site Manager will ensure that the production supervisor/manager follow all requirements for vacation request, etc.

Additionally, the Site Manager will ensure that all site supervisor/manager and all employees are aware of Quantum Clean HR policies as compiled in the Employee HR Manual.

Operations Cost Controls and Budget Control: To achieve profitability, setting budget spending limits, and ensuring that all plants operate within those spending limits is essential for achieving profit goals.

The Site Manager will assist site supervisor/manager in preparation of annual budgets, and will track spending performance against those budgets.

The Site Manager must ensure that all spending is appropriate, tat spending follows Quantum Clean purchasing procedures, and that all needed approvals are obtained.

Operations Adherence to Corporate Administrative Policy: In addition to the above, the Site Manager will ensure that all site supervisor/manager and sites comply with the numerous requirements al Corporate Administrative These policies include but are not limited to travel requests, credit card/receipt reporting requirements, expense accounts procedures, etc.

Additional duties and Responsibilities: In resource limited environments, all managers are frequently asked and required to perform additional duties to support the organization.

Those duties include supporting sales, preparing data sets for sales and QA efforts.

Additionally, the Site Manager will perform and/or plant maintenance and capital project management.
