We’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team at our Taiwan’s office to provide technical support for Korea and Taiwan.
Purpose: Provide Engineering support to the business with a focus on sales support and project design and delivery.
Including technical design of projects and technical sales support for all the temporary solutions Aggreko has available.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Support Attend site visits and meeting with customers to understand project requirement.
Provide technical support and planning level to discussion.
Lead site surveys.
Project Design Design projects based on information and criteria provided by sales team.
Assist in discussion with customer as technical expert.
Project Management Define, develop, and direct lead delivery of key projects including all Health and Safety, labour and fleet turnaround requirements.
Includes manpower planning.
Include preparation of design and work specification, developing project schedules, budget, and forecasts Monitor progress and performance against the project plan.
Support delivery in hands on basis as required.
Technical Expert Provide technical expertise as required to Engineering and sales team.
Liaise with technical expert throughout Aggreko for further support to keep up to date with legislative changes.
New initiative lead Organise, lead, and execute in new initiatives such as FSL, new depot, partner management.
Support depot activity and routine engineering work as required.
Displays a commitment to Operational Excellence activities.

Typical Experience:5 years working experience working in a M&E company preparing working drawings and assisting in the design of Electrical Installations and/or Air-conditioning and ventilation systems.3 years working experience working in a M&E company designing Electrical Installations and/or Air-conditioning and ventilation systems with ability.
Experience in piping and instrumentation diagram for temperature control solutions.
Experience in temporary power generation and distribution.
Experience in temporary temperature control solutions.
Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field. Around 5 years of experience in the Generator’s business ideal.
Stellar communication skills, capable of liaising effectively across various organisational levels.
Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Proficient in English and Mandarin.
Hokkien proficiency is a plus.
